So I left my cell phone in my cab and the driver is coming back to the East Village from Queens to drop it off. I’m incredibly stupid and drunk. Wow, thank goodness for Adia who made the phone call for me.

You are a lucky girl. That happened to me one summer (drunk, left the phone in a cab late night) and I had to go all the way up (past Harlem) to the projects to get my phone back. The guy who found it in the cab seemed ok… But it took me 17 hours of nonstop calling before he finally picked up and agreed to tell me where he was.
